Affordable Fine Art Originals
by S. Middler
-
These originals have a richness of texture and character that cannot be reproduced by a print.
- Original art does increase in value over time making it an investment rather than just home or office decor.
- Apart from the aesthetic value, an original makes a good impression on visitors and implies wealth more than prints do.
- Collectors often like the quality of an original piece making them easier to sell later on
- Abstracts can be true originals in the sense that some of them cannot be copied well even by another artist. You may think of the abstract like a
musical improvisation, where after years of experience, the unconscious knowledge and ability of the artist comes to the fore, from within, as the
artist creates her exciting new work.
- An original abstract can be an excellent investment choice whose later rewards can exceed other more common methods of accruing wealth.
- Even with all these advantages, there isn't any better reason for
buying an original piece of art than to enjoy it. Viewing art is beneficial to our wellbeing reducing all those stress chemicals and generating good health.

The origin of Middler Decorator Fine Art Abstracts
"I love the Canadian Landscape and have painted it for years and years in all media later moving to watercolour. One day I had a watercolour which needed just a little tweaking to get that magical quality I look for in my paintings.
So I decided to bring out the acrylics and had a nasty experience because acrylics don't move like watercolours do. Watercolour is a very active medium and moves willy nilly all over the place. It takes some experience to get some control with it.
Well I was challenged. I used to paint really well with acrylic but had neglected it for some time. Out came canvas, palette and of course more acrylic paints -- and without any plans I just played. Naturally these paintings seem to have a landscape quality to them. Before I knew it I had 18 abstract paintings and was just loving it.
I hope you enjoy them too.
Artist Out of Canada -- Some History
Artist Out of Canada was first registered in 2003 by artist Sharron Middler.
This site was originally created as a place for a gallery of fine art. The main idea was to display artwork depicting the 'real' Canada - the Canadian wilderness. Over the years this site has had several evolutions. Through all evolutions however, there continues the original expression and prevalent ideology of respect for our natural Canada. This history includes some of that idealogy and how it affected the development of this site . . . . more
